Synopsis:

In the mid-21st century, Tokyo’s criminal underworld is ruled by Demon Lords who have undergone ether enhancement surgery, granting them terrifying superpowers. The only ones who can defeat them are the Heroes, bounty hunters who amplify their powers with a drug called E3 (E-Three). With murder legalized as part of their job, being a Hero is more about survival than justice.

Yashiro is a solitary, independent enforcer known as the Angel of Death, until Jougamine, a high school student who calls himself his “apprentice,” forcefully enters his life. Reluctantly, Yashiro takes him under his wing, and soon finds himself caught in a maelstrom of deadly conflict.
